Anti-ZNF543 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 543. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 600 amino acid residues and a mass of 68.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF543 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF543 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF543 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
