Anti-SPT3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SPT3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SUPT3H gene, which encodes SPT3 homolog, SAGA and STAGA complex component. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of SPT3 has a canonical amino acid length of 317 residues and a protein mass of 35.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. SPT3 is a member of the SPT3 protein family. ELISA and Western Blot are common applications for SPT3 antibodies.
