Anti-RASSF10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Ras association domain family member 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 507 amino acid residues and a mass of 56.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is reported to be expressed in the brain. RASSF10 is known to play an important role in regulating embryonic neurogenesis. Synonyms for this target antigen include Ras association (RalGDS/AF-6) domain family (N-terminal) member 10, and ras association domain-containing protein 10. RASSF10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RASSF10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
