Anti-VHY antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the VHY antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DUSP15 gene, which encodes dual specificity phosphatase 15. This protein is known to function in protein dephosphorylation and regulation of oligodendrocyte differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of VHY has a canonical amino acid length of 295 residues and a protein mass of 31.9 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells. VHY is a member of the Protein-tyrosine phosphatase protein family. Indicated applications for VHY antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
