Anti-KLHDC10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein kelch domain containing 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 442 amino acid residues and a mass of 49.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. KLHDC10 is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include slim, kelch domain-containing protein 10, PNAS-119, scruin like at the midline homolog, and PNAS-138. KLHDC10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some KLHDC10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
