Anti-CCNI2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cyclin I family member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 369 amino acid residues and a mass of 40.6 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the Cyclin protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include cyclin-I2. CCNI2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some CCNI2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
