Anti-SUDD antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SUDD antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RIOK3 gene, which encodes RIO kinase 3. This protein is known to function in innate immune responses, among other biological roles. The human version of SUDD has a canonical amino acid length of 519 residues and a protein mass of 59.1 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. SUDD is a member of the RIO-type Ser/Thr kinase protein family. Indicated applications for SUDD antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
