Anti-LR11 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The LR11 antigen is another term for the human protein sortilin related receptor 1, encoded by the SORL1 gene. The protein is reported to be a sorting receptor that directs several proteins to their correct location within the cell (Probable). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 2214 residues and a mass of 248.4 kilodaltons. and it is reported to be highly expressed in the brain. The LR11 protein is a member of the VPS10-related sortilin protein family. Other alias names for LR11 include C11orf32 and LRP9. Indicated applications for LR11 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
