Anti-INT4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the INT4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the WNT3 gene, which encodes Wnt family member 3. This protein is known to function in axon guidance and the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of INT4 has a canonical amino acid length of 355 residues and a protein mass of 39.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the extracellular matrix and is secreted of cells. INT4 is a member of the Wnt protein family. Indicated applications for INT4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
