Anti-Nat3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Nat3 is a known alias name of the protein N-alpha-acetyltransferase 20, NatB catalytic subunit, encoded by the NAA20 gene in humans. This 178-amino acid residue protein is a known catalytic subunit of the NatB complex which catalyzes acetylation of the N-terminal methionine residues of peptides beginning with Met-Asp, Met-Glu, Met-Asn and Met-Gln. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. Indicated applications for Nat3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
