Anti-Mi2-beta antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene CHD4, or 'chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 4' in humans. The 1912-amino acid protein is a member of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic and nuclear.
