Anti-POP2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The POP2 antigen is another term for the human protein CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 8, encoded by the CNOT8 gene. The protein is known to have 3'-5' poly(A) exoribonuclease activity for synthetic poly(A) RNA substrate. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 292 residues and a mass of 33.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The POP2 protein is a member of the CAF1 protein family. Indicated applications for POP2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
