Anti-Dear1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Dear1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRIM62 gene, which encodes tripartite motif containing 62. This protein is known to function in innate immune responses and NF-kappaB signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of Dear1 has a canonical amino acid length of 475 residues and a protein mass of 54.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells. Dear1 is a member of the TRIM/RBCC protein family. Indicated applications for Dear1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
