Anti-DPPX antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DPPX antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DPP6 gene, which encodes dipeptidyl peptidase like 6. This protein is known to function in protein localization to the plasma membrane and proteolysis, among other biological roles. The human version of DPPX has a canonical amino acid length of 865 residues and a protein mass of 97.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the smooth muscle, cerebral cortex, and cerebellum. Other names for this target antigen include DPL1 and MRD33. Indicated applications for DPPX antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
