Anti-c-mos antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target c-mos is a known alias name of the protein MOS proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase, encoded by the MOS gene in humans. This 346-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chromatin organization and MAPK cascade signaling pathways, among other biological processes. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the testis during spermatogenesis. Other synonyms for c-mos include MSV, proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase mos, and c-mos. Indicated applications for c-mos antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
