Anti-CNT1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CNT1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC28A1 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 28 member 1. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of CNT1 has a canonical amino acid length of 649 residues and a protein mass of 71.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the small intestine, kidney, duodenum, and colon. This target antigen may also be known as HCNT1. Indicated applications for CNT1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
