Anti-ECM29 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ECM29 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ECPAS gene, which encodes Ecm29 proteasome adaptor and scaffold. This protein is reported to be an adapter/scaffolding protein that binds to the 26S proteasome, motor proteins and other compartment specific proteins. The human version of ECM29 has a canonical amino acid length of 1845 residues and a protein mass of 204.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, and cytoplasm of cells. ECM29 is a member of the ECM29 protein family. Indicated applications for ECM29 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunoprecipitation.
