Product Characteristics: ECM29 (Proteasome-associated protein ECM29 homolog) may couple proteasomes to secretory compartments engaged in the endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) pathway and to other sites of enhanced proteolysis.ECM29 is associated with centrosomes, endoplasmic reticulum (ER), ER-Golgi intermediate compartment (ERGIC) and endosomes.
Target Information: Adapter/scaffolding protein that binds to the 26S proteasome, motor proteins and other compartment specific proteins.
