Anti-DEAH-box helicase 15 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene DHX15 in humans. The gene may also be known as PRP43, PRPF43, DBP1, DDX15, HRH2, and pre-mRNA-splicing factor ATP-dependent RNA helicase DHX15. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 90.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
