Anti-P2Y9 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target P2Y9 is a known alias name of the protein lysophosphatidic acid receptor 4, encoded by the LPAR4 gene in humans. This 370-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a mediator of diverse cellular activities. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in ovary. Other synonyms for P2Y9 include GPR23, LPA4, and P2RY9. Indicated applications for P2Y9 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
