Anti-MPP11 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MPP11 is a known alias name of the protein DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member C2, encoded by the DNAJC2 gene in humans. This 621-amino acid residue protein is known to act both as a chaperone in the cytosol and as a chromatin regulator in the nucleus. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for MPP11 antibodies listed below include Western Blot and Immunofluorescence.
