Anti-CYPHEr antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CYPHEr antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LDB3 gene, which encodes LIM domain binding 3. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and cardiac tissue development, among other biological roles. The human version of CYPHEr has a canonical amino acid length of 727 residues and a protein mass of 77.1 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis, skeletal muscle, and heart muscle. Other names for this target antigen include CMD1C, CMH24, and CMPD3. Indicated applications for CYPHEr antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
