Anti-CoCoA antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CoCoA antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CALCOCO1 gene, which encodes calcium binding and coiled-coil domain 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription and the regulation of gene expression, among other biological roles. The human version of CoCoA has a canonical amino acid length of 691 residues and a protein mass of 77.3 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. CoCoA is a member of the CALCOCO protein family. Indicated applications for CoCoA antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
