Anti-Prsp antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Prsp antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HTRA3 gene, which encodes HtrA serine peptidase 3. This protein is known to function in proteolysis, among other biological roles. The human version of Prsp has a canonical amino acid length of 453 residues and a protein mass of 48.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein that is widely expressed in many tissue types. Prsp is a member of the Peptidase S1C protein family. Indicated applications for Prsp antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
