Anti-CRCT1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cysteine rich C-terminal 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 99 amino acid residues and a mass of 9.7 kDa. Synonyms for this target antigen include NICE-1, NICE1, cysteine-rich C-terminal protein 1, protein NICE-1, and C1orf42. CRCT1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CRCT1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
