Anti-CASKIN1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CASK interacting protein 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1431 amino acid residues and a mass of 149.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is notably expressed in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex. CASKIN1 is believed to link the scaffolding protein CASK to downstream intracellular effectors. CASKIN1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of Caskin1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
