Anti-IKIP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IKIP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the IKBIP gene, which encodes IKBKB interacting protein. The human version of IKIP has a canonical amino acid length of 350 residues and a protein mass of 39.3 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the breast, thyroid gland, and bone marrow. Indicated applications for IKIP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
