Anti-GNATR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GNATR is a known alias name of the protein G protein subunit alpha transducin 1, encoded by the GNAT1 gene in humans. This 350-amino acid residue protein is known to function as signal transducer for the rod photoreceptor RHO. It is localized to the cell projections and membrane of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in the retina. Other synonyms for GNATR include CSNB1G, CSNBAD3, and GBT1. Indicated applications for GNATR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
