Anti-CRL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CRL is a known alias name of the protein interleukin 31 receptor A, encoded by the IL31RA gene in humans. This 732-amino acid residue protein is reported to associate with OSMR to form the interleukin-31 receptor which activates STAT3 and to a lower extent STAT1 and STAT5. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in CD14- and CD56-positive blood cells. Western Blot is the most common application for the CRL antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
