Anti-Dopamine D2 Receptor antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene DRD2, or 'dopamine receptor D2' in humans. The 443-amino acid protein is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. The cellular localization is predicted to be membrane-associated. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
