Anti-TMPPE antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein with metallophosphoesterase domain. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 453 amino acid residues and a mass of 49.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the LOC643853 protein family. TMPPE gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the TMPPE antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
