Anti-RIPPLY1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ripply transcriptional repressor 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 151 amino acid residues and a mass of 16.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Ripply protein family, Ripply1 is reported to play a role in somitogenesis. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein ripply1 and ripply1 homolog. RIPPLY1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. These Ripply1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
