Anti-MALS2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MALS2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LIN7B gene, which encodes lin-7 homolog B, crumbs cell polarity complex component. This protein is known to function in exocytosis and protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of MALS2 has a canonical amino acid length of 207 residues and a protein mass of 22.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells. MALS2 is a member of the Lin-7 protein family. Indicated applications for MALS2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
