Anti-NIR3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NIR3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PITPNM2 gene, which encodes phosphatidylinositol transfer protein membrane associated 2. This protein is known to catalyze the transfer of phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylcholine between membranes (in vitro). The human version of NIR3 has a canonical amino acid length of 1349 residues and a protein mass of 148.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. NIR3 is a member of the PtdIns transfer protein family. Indicated applications for NIR3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
