Anti-TTC16 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 16. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 873 amino acid residues and a mass of 98.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 16 and TPR repeat protein 16. TTC16 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TTC16 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
