Anti-NCCT antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NCCT antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC12A3 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 12 member 3. This protein is known to function in the transport of ions and protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of NCCT has a canonical amino acid length of 1021 residues and a protein mass of 113.1 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the kidney and testis. Other names for this target antigen include NCC and NCC. Indicated applications for NCCT antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
