Anti-NRAMP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NRAMP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC11A1 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 11 member 1. This protein is known to function in cellular localization, among other biological roles. The human version of NRAMP has a canonical amino acid length of 550 residues and a protein mass of 59.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells. Other names for this target antigen include LSH and NRAMP1. Indicated applications for NRAMP antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
