Anti-MALT1 paracaspase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene MALT1 in humans. The gene may also be known as mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation gene 1, PCASP1, MLT1, MLT, and IMD12. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 92.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
