Anti-CYLD lysine 63 deubiquitinase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CYLD in humans. The gene may also be known as MFT1, SBS, BRSS, CDMT, CYLD1, CYLDI, and ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase CYLD. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 107.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
