Anti-TRE17 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TRE17 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the USP6 gene, which encodes ubiquitin specific peptidase 6. This protein is known to function in protein deubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of TRE17 has a canonical amino acid length of 1406 residues and a protein mass of 158.7 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells. TRE17 is a member of the Peptidase C19 protein family.
