Anti-FM08 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FM08 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TMEM184B gene, which encodes transmembrane protein 184B. This protein is believed to activate the MAP kinase signaling pathway. The human version of FM08 has a canonical amino acid length of 407 residues and a protein mass of 45.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the pancreas and placenta. This target antigen may also be known as C22orf5. Indicated applications for FM08 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
