Anti-PP6R1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PP6R1 antigen is another term for the human protein protein phosphatase 6 regulatory subunit 1, encoded by the PPP6R1 gene. The protein is a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 6 (PP6). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 881 residues and a mass of 96.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is found to be widely expressed, with higher expression in testis. The PP6R1 protein is a member of the SAPS protein family. Other alias names for PP6R1 include KIAA1115 and SAP190.
