Anti-TTC31 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 31. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 519 amino acid residues and a mass of 57.1 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 31 and TPR repeat protein 31. TTC31 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TTC31 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
