Anti-NOC4L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nucleolar complex associated 4 homolog. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 516 amino acid residues and a mass of 58.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the CBF/MAK21 protein family, NOC4L is known to be involved with rRNA processing. Synonyms for this target antigen include NOC4 protein homolog, NOC4-like protein, nucleolar complex-associated protein 4-like protein, and nucleolar complex protein 4 homolog. NOC4L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some NOC4L antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
