Anti-RNF133 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ring finger protein 133. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 376 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. RNF133 is known to have E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. Post-translational modifications have been described, including ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF133 and RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase RNF133. RNF133 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the RNF133 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
