Anti-DKC antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DKC is a known alias name of the protein dyskerin pseudouridine synthase 1, encoded by the DKC1 gene in humans. This 514-amino acid residue protein is a known catalytic subunit of H/ACA small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (H/ACA snoRNP) complex, which catalyzes pseudouridylation of rRNA. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for DKC include CBF5 and CBF5. Indicated applications for DKC antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
