Anti-DRF2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DRF2 is a known alias name of the protein diaphanous related formin 2, encoded by the DIAPH2 gene in humans. This 1101-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in in oogenesis. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the testis, ovary, small intestine, prostate, lung, liver, kidney and leukocytes. Other synonyms for DRF2 include DIA and DIA2. Indicated applications for DRF2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
