Anti-DIA2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The DIA2 antigen is another term for the human protein diaphanous related formin 2, encoded by the DIAPH2 gene. The protein is suspected to be involved in in oogenesis. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1101 residues and a mass of 125.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in the testis, ovary, small intestine, prostate, lung, liver, kidney and leukocytes. The DIA2 protein is a member of the Formin homology protein family.
