Anti-UBPO antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the UBPO antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the USP10 gene, which encodes ubiquitin specific peptidase 10. This protein is known to function in autophagy pathways and DNA damage pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of UBPO has a canonical amino acid length of 798 residues and a protein mass of 87.1 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. UBPO is a member of the Peptidase C19 protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the UBPO antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
