Anti-PDI3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PDI3 is a known alias name of the protein peptidyl arginine deiminase 3, encoded by the PADI3 gene in humans. This 664-amino acid residue protein is known to catalyze the deimination of arginine residues of proteins. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. Other synonyms for PDI3 include PAD3 and UHS1.
